Treatment:-

Treatment varies from problem to problem i.e. depends entirely on the cause of the problem. Some common treatment options include: by taking proper rest, by using ice and heat pads, by doing exercise that will stretch the muscles and tendons, by physical therapy, warm baths, and massage.

You should consult your doctor in case if after exercise your pain lasts longer than an hour. Talk to your doctor about what pain is normal and what pain is a sign of something more serious. Ice your joints after exercising as it will reduce swelling and pain. If medicine and physical therapy fail to bring relief, joint surgery is often thought as a last option for joint pain treatment.
